How can you make your own bento box?

I want to know some interesting recipes for a Bento box lunch. I also want to learn to make onigiri (rice balls). Are they simply white rice dumplings steamed?

I love making bento lunch box – Just the perfect amount of healthy and delicious food that is easy to do and since it is homemade, you know what is inside! Give this site a shot – www.justbento.com. Classic Onigiri: (4 fair sized rice balls) 4 cups rice freshly cooked Japanese style (Each onigiri requires about a cup of cooked rice.) 2 sheets of nori seaweed, cut into 3 cm / 2 inch wide strips of filler salt. Take 1/4th of the rice and place them on one hand. Make a hole in the middle of rice with your other hand. Put in about 1 c. Tea or the value of filling of the tooth. Working quickly, wrap rice around the filling and form a ball. To make the traditional triangular shape, cup your hand high to form each corner, and continue to turn up Are you satisfied with the form. Wrap the rice ball with 1-2 strips of nori seaweed. Repeat for the remaining rice.
