Tupperware, emergency, I melt a hole in my brand new B Rock serve container?

i just brought the rock n serve together last week its the 1st time i used one of the containers, meatballs i reheated it is only in the microwave for 1 minute and I felt burning plastic !!!!! Now theres a hole in it, OMG !!!!!!!!! there was only the smallest amount of oil in the sauce with meatballs meat! What should I do, is it my fault or the Tupperware?, Is it guaranteed? Please help im stressed, they cost $ 59.99 for 3 containers, xxxxxxxxxxx arrrrgggg
